Zane Kealey is a costume designer graduating from Boston University with an MFA. During her time at BU she has designed for eight productions across campus, including ...and Jesus Moonwalks the Mississippi and Runaways at the Joan & Edgar Booth Theatre and Little Women at Wheelock Family Theater. Zane has also designed and built several pieces for Boston Dance Theater, designed for The Theater Lab in DC, and interned with Jacob’s Pillow Dance Festival in the Berkshires. Zane’s thesis work focuses on designing for dance and investigating how the language used to describe qualities of movement and qualities of costume overlap. Zane also holds a BS in Engineering from Harvey Mudd College. She brings to her theatrical work eight years' experience honing her problem solving skills in the oil and gas industry. After graduation, Zane hopes to split her time between Boston and DC.
